Beginner
This class teaches you the basic principles of Pilates and is suitable for those who have little or no experience. We focus on understanding placement, core stability, how to use breath correctly and how to apply the Pilates principles. New routines & exercises are incorporated on a regular basis.
Intermediate
Intermediate courses require a solid working knowledge of the Pilates principles, as well as good control, co-ordination and strength.These classes are designed to challenge the whole body and are conducted with increased flow of movement. New routines & exercises are incorporated on a regular basis.
Mixed levels
This class is suitable for all levels of ability including beginners. The emphasis is on technique and individual progress with several levels of difficulty offered within each exercise to ensure you work at a level that is as comfortable, or as challenging, as you want. New routines & exercises are incorporated on a regular basis.
