GROUP CLASSES
Our Group Classes combine the classic Pilates Matwork with the use of Pilates equipment (elastics, rollers, Halo, Ladder Barrel, etc.).
Classes start with purposefully directed exercises which at once increase body awareness, warm up the muscles and mobilise the joints. Exercises focusing on strength, flexibility and mobility create a balanced, flexible and toned body, and leave you feeling invigorated and centred!

PRIVATE LESSONS
Solo Pilates is designed specifically to suit your individual requirements. You receive personal feedback, correction and exercises aimed to enhance your learning and address any specific issues.
Duo Pilates is a semi-private lesson which is perfectly designed to give personal guidance, whilst having a small group feel. Duo Pilates is ideal for friends and family members who are unable to attend regularly scheduled Group Classes.
1 hour or 1.5-hour sessions possible.

WORKSHOPS
Body Positive Pilates regularly offers weekend workshops and specialty programs in various niche areas.
As Pilates is a mind-body exercise system, it is ideal in enhancing your existing practice of sports and dance, as well as addressing different life stage events, such as pre- and post-natal and aging.
